Club members receive homework help during the school year in Power Hour and Summer Brain Gain provides engaged learning activities all summer long! Plus, STEAM activities encourage kids to learn the basic principles of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics and literacy programs help our kids gain an appreciation for reading and reach grade level reading proficiency.
Our Workforce Readiness program prepares Club members with essential skills and resources for success beyond high school, supported by local foundations and businesses that provide tours and job insights.
We empower youth to support their community, build relationships, develop self-image, engage in democracy, and respect cultural identities.
These programs foster creativity and self-expression through arts and crafts, performances, and dance, with activities supported by partners like the Eastern Iowa Arts Academy.
Programs that promote & support positive behaviors, goal-setting, and self-sufficiency in youth, including Chef's Club activities where kids learn to cook healthy meals and other Health & Wellness initiatives that support mental well-being.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Corridor offer programs that promote physical fitness, stress coping, and social skills, with sports and recreational activities for kids to stay active and have fun.
