Boys & Girls Clubs of the Corridor Success Stories

Meet Jeffrey

The Corridor's Favorite Artist

Coming from a traumatic childhood, Jeffrey found a safe haven at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Corridor. The Club was a place where he could just be a kid. Club staff provided him with stability, helping him grow from a Club member to a leader as he joined the Junior Staff program and developed a passion for helping kids.

After high school, Jeffrey went on to attend college, eventually realizing, in addition to helping kids, he also had a creative side leading him to open his own business as a barber. As Jeffrey says, “I cut hair because I can work for myself, express myself in hair art and make a living.”
