Our Health & Wellness programs empower youth with the knowledge and skills to build healthy habits for life. Through hands-on learning and engaging activities, we promote physical health, mental well-being, and positive decision-making.

Developing Health & Wellness Skills

Programs in this area aid in the development of young people’s capacity to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their well-being, set personal goals and live successfully as self-sufficient adults.


  • Chef’s Club – A local initiative teaching kids to cook nutritious meals and help them develop basic cooking skills and gain overall confidence working in the kitchen.
  • Healthy Habits (Ages 6-15) – Focuses on nutrition, physical activity, and overall well-being.
  • SMART Moves (Ages 6-15) – A prevention and education program addressing drug and alcohol use and premature sexual activity.
  • SMART Girls (Ages 8-17) – Promotes health, fitness, self-esteem, and empowerment for girls.
  • Passport to Manhood (Ages 11-14) – Helps boys develop responsibility, character, and leadership skills.


By fostering positive behaviors, goal-setting, and self-sufficiency, we help youth develop the tools they need for a healthy and successful future.
